1.Main Function.

The production line takes relatively advanced soap-making technology of home and abroad whose working procedures are from grease/fat melting, grease/fat saponification, salt washing, caustic washing, color bleaching, vacuum granulation, grinding and continuous vacuum out-bars to cutting & soap shaping. It can produce many kinds of soaps of fatty acids occupying from 36% to 65% with the advantages: taking up litter space, wide sources of raw materials, stable quality, low investment, high efficiency
